i went yesterday with my son and grandson (6)- much to my disappointment there were no blue badge parking places. I have great difficulty walking long distances- We walked for over an hour to Booking office as after 3 pm entrance was not available to get online . I met other people who were so tired- there were no buggies to take people from box office to entrance- another 20 mins walk! Even people with mobility scooters could not access the ramps. There were no seats . It was their 50th show and I am hoping that others will complain too???

Oh what a shame! Have you been in touch with the organisers to let them know? It can really help events to improve in the future if they are aware what has gone wrong especially when they are advertising their accessibility.
You can call them on +44 (0) 1784 473377 or find them on facebook and twitter.Scope

I have told them on Fb - I will ring tomorrow- thank you for the no.
i also informed Southampton city council by email. Even the stewards thought it was disgraceful. Thank you ?? -
Oh good! I hope they will come back to you with an explanation and a plan of how they can make things better!Scope
