Hello how do people get on with chronic pain

Hi @fishersquad, sorry to hear about your pain. Hopefully others will share their tips but in the meantime, here's the NHS Treatment guide for back pain.

Hi fishersquad. I have degenerative lumbar discs as well as secondary progressive multiple sclerosis (greedy, huh?!) and pain is a big deal ~ 24/7 in varying degrees. I take painkillers as well as Gabapentin to take the edge off but really hope cannabis becomes available as when I've tried it (fudge usually, I don't smoke) it has relieved like no other. What do you do to relieve pain?

Gabapetin duloxtine. Paracetamol. Tramadol.
