Hi,
I have M.S and sent off my claim form for PIP a couple of weeks ago and was wondering if there was anyone with M.S that had claimed PIP and what experience they had with it.

He hello, I had spinal decompression surgery and was advised to claim PIP during the period of applying I was under going MRI scans and received my diagnosis of MS in September 2016 and had my F2F in October. Having sent in all my medical notes spinal and MS details I was awarded standard rate PIP on both levels. 12 months on my condition had worsened mobility wise so informed DWP refilled another applecation form had a secon F2F this time at Bristol had a taxi to both F2F. I was arwarded standard care and enhanced mobility. Being honest about how my MS affects my daily life and inabilities to do things suffering from fatigue and spasms plus the medical reports from MS nurse and Nurologey Physo giving details about my difficulties must have helped.
