I am happy to let you know I have recieved a date for my Tribunal for my PIP Appeal has arrived and on the 18th of October I shall appear before the Tribunal Court,i am shocked it has arrived so quickly but I spoke to my Local MP who sent a letter on my behalf to help with the long delays and I believe it has helped and here I am 3 weeks away from Hopefully Justice and the Reinstatement of my Higher Rate Mobility and Living/Care allowance as I believe I was WRONGFULLY assesed and lost my award. But I can only say to others DONT GIVE UP AND BATTLE FOR YOUR LIFE.
