I saw the rheumy today to discuss possible treatments. He does not want me to take Methotrexate - he is afraid that my general poor health would be in danger.

He said there is nothing more to help me. Send me to orthopedics so they can X Ray and see if anything can be done about the left shoulder. He just told me it will get worse., I am on the max dose of pain meds.

I am having trouble dressing, since I have only one hand to pull up pants or put on and take off shirts and socks. 

I am trying not to look at the future. The support here helps so much, thank everyone.
