    Thank you
when my business failed due to my bad health in April 2014 I was advised to sign on to jsa and got 72.40
    not knowing anything about benefits
after several visits to the job centre the advisor noticed my conditions and refused to allow me to sign on and sent me to esa in the August 14
I attended a f2f interview and they put me on
    ESA contribution 72.40 only

    Contribution based
then in may 15 they sent me 3 parts

    living expenses
    disability income guarantee
    extra for support group

my condition has got much worse so I have been advised by my mental health councillor to apply for pip
i went to a drop in centre and they did a phone application for me last week

what I would like to know is

how long to wait for the pip form
    Also
Would my claim be liable to the esa back date

many thanks in advance for any help

    steve
