    Hi All
just a wee bit more about myself, as I already said I’ve always worked in a Social Care environment which I very much loved, unfortunately having MS for many years , I was diagnosed at 24, I was expecting our second son and to say I was devastated is not an exaggeration, I was worried sick about my pregnancy as well as my young son who would be just under 2 when his brother would be born, my biggest worry was a relapse, followed by our long term plans to have a least 6 children, our second son was born and my pregnancy was fine, I went on to have a third pregnancy which unfortunately ended in a miscarriage, this made me very sad, but I was blessed having 2 .
I attend Revieve an MS Cetre which gives me help and support, I have a physio session once a week, I get aromatherapy as well as reflexology and I also use Hyperbaric Oxyegen once a week, the centre lets me meet up with others  with MS, a chance to chat and exchange views and get support, I also have access to MS nurses should I need them, I feel blessed to have such a place to attend
I also have a very supportive husband and family who help me through
sorry for the long post I can talk for Scotland ? ?

    Hi @Caroline16

    ”Wow”

    You do sound extremely busy!!!!!

Can I please ask about the use off the “Hyperbaric Oxygen”

I had 3mnts off this for my “Chronic Pain” which worked very well.

I was told that 3mnts was the maximum amount that I was allowed???
