Hi , I'm 50 years old and have schuuermans kyphosis with restrictive lung capacity and scoliosis I'm not a chair user but use a stick ..

Only guessing here i wonder if you have been observed, and somebody has reported you hence the investigation. Some one knows you have a mobility car and begrudges you and seen you doing more than you should for your disability. Refusing to attend can and will make matters worse, better to take a person with legal knowledge with you. Good luck amd keep is updated.

Hi Wilko and thanks for your reply ! Yes that’s a possibility as there are some nasty jealous people out there .. unfortunately my meeting was last week and under my solicitors advice I didn’t go ! I’m now getting anxious on what’s going to happen next .. I have a genuine disability that I’ve struggled with throughout my life and depend on my pip ..
