Hi could someone tell me if I can claim ESA online. This is what I was told by universal credit but I cannot find anywhere that you can do this online thanks

I found this information on Citizens Advice's website, which you might find useful:Fill in the claim form (ESA1)The government website also has some useful information on applying for ESA which might be of interest to you.
You can start your ESA claim:- by phone - an adviser will fill in the ESA1 claim form for you during the call
- by filling in an ESA1 form and giving it to your local Jobcentre or posting it to the DWP
Most people apply on the phone - you can get your first ESA payment more quickly if you apply this way. The phone call usually lasts between 20 and 30 minutes.
