    Fingers crossed for you, @Barlow88!

I can imagine that it feels worrying now, but do remember that many people have positive experiences of appeals and tribunals too. You could be one of them! This Scope guidance may help you to prepare, and please do let us know how you get on.

Hi Barlow88 I’ve recently had my Tribunal hearing and Won the people there were so nice and friendly,no one from the DWP was there but there was a Doctor Judge (also a Doctor)a Disability specialist so all angles were covered and they All understood my issues with the Assessment that I had which caused me to lose my Enhanced PIP before,I was left Partially Sighted lost my license but the Assessor said I drove daily and had no sight issues AT All ?? the Tribunal said it was a Ridiculous Assessment and threw it all out and fully reinstated my PIP and Backdated it,they are just normal people who you are in front of but they do Actually understand your illness/illnesses so don’t worry stay calm and hopefully you will receive what you deserve??
Very best of luck and Relax
