Hi @Tra1976
Sorry to ask but are you on “DLA/PIP” ???
There are plenty of good 2nd hand scooter’s around.
You can get lots of small folding scooter’s at good prices.
That way can save you a lot of money in the long run!!!!!!

Yeah but they take money out of the benefit each month

Have you spoken to your GP about being referred to the NHS Wheelchair Services? They can assess what type of mobility chair/scooter best suits your needs. You can read more about it hereDisability Gamechanger - 2019

Hi @Tra1976
Yes that’s the big problem with “Motabilty”
You end up using all of your “money”
I did try it a few years ago. But it was far too “expensive”
So I ended up sending it back any I reinstated my “money”
As you are looking for a “boot scooter” you can pickup a good “2nd hand” for not to much. -
Try the selling sites on facebook for your area, or gumtree often have them for sale, again use your area.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
