Hi,

I have been awarded enhanced rate PIP since July this year till June 2019, and was getting sick pay and work tax credit, my sick pay ended and also I am not in work now and HRMC stoped Work tax credit .

I want to if I apply for ESA would I have to go through for assessment again, if yes would it affect PIP if assessment not in favour.

    Hi,

Eventually yes you would need an assessment, most people have face to face assessments for ESA the same as they do for PIP. No it won't affect your PIP.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
