I am on esa support group been told I'm entitled to severe disability premium which was put on my claim I am entitled to back pay I've rang up and I got a call back they said they need council tax letters to confirm I live alone I had them faxed over by job centre they were ment to call back but didn't so i called now they said my claim has gone clerical and they never ring back to tell me what's happening with my payments has this ever happened to anyone and do they have any advice
