I had my tribunal hearing today, don’t think it went well at all as I have to wait on decision in post. The person before me was awarded right away, so that’s part the reason I think it will be rejected again. The solicitor woman wrote everything down, even when the doctor and other medical person were speaking she interrupted them every minute so she could write it down , plus she done most of the talking. So have to wait now for a few days. Anybody ever succeeded getting a response in the post.?

    Hi,

The Tribunal usually write to you very quickly with the decision and some people receive the letter the following day. Hopefully it's good news. Good luck.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Just got a phone call after dinner time to say I had been awarded it , and more than what I am on at the minute, so good news for a change!
