I am the primary carer for my daughter (username is her favourite song!) who has learning disability and severe autism. We recently won our appeal tribunal against DWP (daughter received HR Care but refused Mobility. HR Mobility awarded too on appeal) and awaiting the back payment to appear. Took long enough for tribunal to be heard so not really surprised

Thank you @GizmoTiddles! We got there in the end! Perseverence paid off but what a hassle to get there. Sorry to see so many in same or similar boat and hope they have similar good news ?
