Hello!
I am going to Disney Paris on the 17th of this month and I am very worried as I cant seem to find any rental facilities except for standard push wheelchairs. I need to hire one so that I can free up my husband to enjoy his time with our 3 kids. I dont want to be pushed everywhere, I would like to rent something I can get around the park unassisted. I suffer from M.E, Fibro, IIH, IBS and Chronic Pain Syndrome.
Can anyone help? I will be staying at the Hotel Cheyenne.
Thanks in advance!

Hi have you tried the British Red Cross I know they do wheelchair rental but not sure if they are self propelling ones. Hope you find one and enjoy your holiday

Hi @becgow
I don't think this something that the Red Cross will assist with, they are focused on manual wheelchairs and I have a vague memory that you aren't meant to take their equipment overseas.
I don't know of anywhere that will supply a powerchair at the resort but there is a place that does mobility scooters: https://www.mobilityequipmenthiredirect.com/mobility-equipment-hire/c1266-mobility-scooter-hire-in-france-disneyland-paris/ so it might be worth checking them out to see if they can assist in any way
Also do check out the resorts own information for disabled guests https://www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/guest-services/guests-with-mobility-disabilities/ it doesn't answer this specific question but I'd be surprised if they haven't been asked it many times before. The website lists a phone number 08448 008 898
Hope you have a great holiday
Best Wishes
