Hello everyone,

I have recently joined the community team at Scope and I am looking forward to getting to communicate with you all through the community forum.

A bit about me, I have 2 teenage children, married for over 20 years and have a furry family member called Poppy, my first dog ever and one of the joys in my life is walking her in the countryside.

My particular passions are communicating, parenting, families, travel, food and everything else...

I am one of the team of community champions.

Reading your post you have a lot of interests. So I hope they will be useful for the community.  Always a good thing to have knowledge and expertise of various things aspects of the forum. To share especially in my case the food bit.

What do you like cooking.? I am into my herbs and mainly spices hence my username.  Mainly Italian and into also any culture using spices. Indian and Chinese.

Anything we can help with there are a few of us community champions let us any of us know.

@thespiceman thank you for your reply.  I do have a lot of interests and will certainly hope I can share in the coming weeks.

Cooking wise, I am a bit of a functional cook most of the time, a family food kind of cook, roast dinners and good old fashioned puddings.  I do like to experiment, especially when I have a tonne of courgettes from the allotment!
