Will I definitely get back pay?

Hi i recieved my esa3 on 26th october and sent straight back so just a waiting game now,i just wanted to ask that is it only people who are owed back payments will get a letter and is it a definite that money will be owed to myself and also are they back dateing it be for 2014 as it says on mine from 2012 to 2017 thankyou.

Understand in response to your benefit enquiry. I would suggest speak to CAB.
Benefits can be confusing and complex. I would give them a call and make an appointment. Having some one face to face to explain benefits .
Often is an easy solution. Makes it clearer for you. I use them all the time for form filing in and benefit enquiries.

No one can really give you any definite answers on an internet forum. I'm afraid you'll just need to wait for DWP to make a decision and contact you and this can be approximately 12 weeks.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
