in Exercise and accessible facilities
After growing up with an abusive father,living with negative issues and feeling like everything was never going to resolve,l became a Christian in the true sense of the word. Then recently gained a diploma in art therapy and and now in the middle of accredited course called,Art & it's place in therapy. 
I also am taking a six week art therapy session ,going through therapy for myself

    The art therapy sessions might be a nice idea. Can you tell us more about it or not? How much does it cost to participate in the sessions? Are all supplies provided by them or are you expected to independently purchase them? How long does each session last for?
