I was recommended this group from a friend and I'm glad I did sign up.
My partner received the ESA3 form early October and I thought it was best to ignore it.
When they sent a following letter saying they hadn't received it I filled it in.
They then asked for my wage slips from I started working over 24 hours per week - I only worked 4 hours per week beforehand as I was recovering from Cervical Cancer.
I started working over 24 hours from March 2017. The letter stated they need info from June 2013.
During that period of time I only worked 4 hours - up until March 2017.
Heard nothing back, is it likely my partner would qualify for the EDP during the period of June 2013 until March 2017.
He was moved to CB when transferred to ESA in June 2013.
Any advice/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

HI,Based on that information it's impossible to give you any definite answers i'm afraid. Income related top ups depend on many things and not just you working 4 hours per week. DWP will assess his claim and once a decision is made they'll contact him. This can take 12 weeks.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
