Hi all
Hope everyone is well ?
Can anyone tell me ESA rules for RE_ssessments .
How many times do you get reassessed for this
I was taken off from income support in may 2018 and awarded ESA income related until I received was form to complete .
I receive pip enhanced and standard mobility
The advocate messed my enhanced for mobility I have copd the consultant wrote about the severity
Also I really need help in my housing I m suffering from severe harassment 10 yrs plus and the land lord is protecting tennants that are causing me problems
I'm using mywelfare money living sum where else .
Ie approached many legal persons without sucess no and councillors.
I cantcarry on any more I'm highly stressed

Hi,You can be re-assessed anytime from 3 months.Can't advise about your other problem i'm afraid. You really should speak to someone from your local CAB and they maybe able to advise you further.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
