Hi all
Hope everyone  is well ?
Can anyone tell me  ESA rules for   RE_ssessments .
How many times  do you get reassessed  for this 
I was  taken off from income support  in may 2018  and  awarded ESA  income related  until I received   was   form to complete .
I receive pip enhanced and standard mobility
The advocate  messed my enhanced for mobility  I have copd the consultant  wrote about the severity 

Also I  really need help in my housing I m suffering from  severe harassment  10 yrs plus  and the  land lord is protecting tennants  that are causing me problems
I'm using  mywelfare money living  sum  where else  .
Ie approached many  legal persons  without sucess no and councillors.
I cantcarry on any more I'm highly stressed

    The DWP have the right to reassess when they deem necessary as long as its at least 3 months.  If you get awarded ESA, the DM will place a review date, which is set for a automatic review date, although one can always be called earlier if they decide to.

    The exception is if you placed in the severe group, which disabled an automatic review date although I believe the DWP will still reserve the right to manually call for an assessment if they feel its needed.  The severe group is if medical evidence is found that you expected to have the condition that makes you have LCWRA for life.
