    Hi,

No, not based on a diagnosis. PIP is how your conditions affect your ability to carry out daily activities based on the PIP descriptors. You must also have had the condition for 3 months and expect it to last at least another 9 months.

Reporting a change of circumstances  they'll look at the whole award again and not just part of it. You'll be sent another form and a face to face assessment will most likely be needed.

No one on an internet forum can tell you if there's any risk to losing everything you already have because no one knows how your conditions affect you. You need face to face advice.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
