hi does anyone know if the pip are even entertaining people who have applied after being knocked off pip when u go fpr renewal

    If you're talking about reclaiming PIP after having lost it in the past then just go for it - you'd be surprised, different outcomes are possible. If you don't succeed on the new claim then I'd recommend putting in a request for mandatory reconsideration and appealing if necessary.

    It may also be worth thinking about how long ago you lost your PIP. If it was within the last 13 months you could still challenge that decision (and if you were successful, get backdating). Even if it was longer ago, an official error in the decision might allow you to challenge it (by requesting a mandatory reconsideration) now. An official error can include where the DWP had evidence they failed to take into account.

    In any case, reclaiming is a good idea and gives you another chance to get the right award. It's helpful to use the PIP self-test first to get an idea of what the health professional and the DWP should be looking for when they award points. Good luck!
