new To the forum hope get some answer on a post I did about losing all my medical letters old esa forms , maybe I worring to much but it all goes back 2010 what should I do ???

In response to your question. The only solution I have is to enrol on Patients Access. This is a website where your records are held and you can use for applying for any prescriptions.
Get them delivered to you.
You would need the relevant start up and login information from your surgery.
When that is given to they can give a choice of options to enrol on various websites. That offer this service.. Many surgeries do this now.
Then when you wish you can down load or print off any relevant information you might need.
I have moved loads of times and had to ask ESA to send me a copy of a letter . To and for anything I might be qualified for. To do with health . Dentists, Opticians and the rest. Always losing papers.
See what ESA say. I do know store everything in file binder secure and safe.
