Hi,
Do i have to inform my employer that i receive PIP. I have been off work for 3 months (due to disability) and i have a meeting next week to discuss any problems i may have and anything they can help with when i return in 2 weeks

I'm glad to hear that your employer is there to support you with reasonable adjustments.
When it comes to PIP, you do not have to inform your employer.

No Yano you don’t have to inform your employer that you are receiving PIP, but if they ask you can tell them you receive help with your, either daily living or mobility or both, it up to you but if the employer can make adjustments to your employment situations then they should, must make every effort to help you
