Hi
I urgently need to find some sort of local club to join. As i am stuck in supported living all day everyday i hardly ever get out. I am only aloud out with staff and that has to be arranged in advance and put into a diary which is real hard work.
I am trying to find some kind of allotment for disabled people and a martial arts club that teaches disabled people only

It depends on your area, maybe you could search the Internet for local clubs that you might be interested in or maybe ask at your local library or tourist Information, is there a manager at the place you are living who could find out the information for you
