Hello,
I am new to this community. I am in Canada and I am a 50 year old black autistic woman currently undertaking research for my doctoral degree focusing on how higher education leaders can be innovative in their policies and practices to enhance the services provided to, and outcomes for, autistic students. Because my disability is invisible to most...I have suffered great prejudice in the higher education system regarding my rights and needs for support and accommodations. I'm glad to be a part of this community. Looking forward to learning.
