Hi,
Whilst a decision is being made as to what Pips I will be offered for mobility, I am currently on DLA High rate mobility, indefinitely, I have a blue badge, the initial response from Pips was zero rate mobility, I have asked for a reconsideration, can I still use my Blue badge whilst this is going on, or does it stop immediately? If the decision is still Zero rate, I will appeal.
My blue badge runs out in April, can I continue to use it until all this has been sorted.
Thank you

If it is still zero i doubt if you will get one in April ,just because you are appealing will not count

Yes you can use your blue badge until it's exspirey date. But if in doubt call the issuing authority for confirmation. As for getting a renewal you may have to be accessed to see if you meet thr criteria.
