I live alone, I'm 69 ..70this year.  I was diagnosed with RA  19 years ago ...and struggled with the pain...3 years ago I was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis..I am now on oxygen 24/7.  I find impossible to go out alone..I have carers 3 times a day ..and those are the only 3 people I see from one weeks end to the other .  Does anyone else have this problem...???
