Hi Everyone
My name is Barbara and I am disabled. I have both physical and mental health disabilities. And my problem that I wish to discuss is the issue of abuse and contempt being aimed at those of us who are disabled. This is all down to a minority group, who think it is their given right to defraud the Benefit system by conning the system, and this has made those of us who us who are genuine claimants have to jump through hoops of fire to prove to the doubting Thomas' that we are real. Even after we have sent statements and other medical proof from our Doctors and specialist as requested they are sceptical, and I for one get fed up having to repeat myself to these people even though our medical professional that know us best have provided them with the evidence. So my understanding of this is that they don't believe these professionals that know us best, and to me that speaks of direspect and disdain towards their colleagues.
