Evidence for PIP appeal

Hello everyone.

I'm in the process of appealing my PIP decision.
I have Antiphospholipid syndrome, lupus, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, borderline personality disorder, and anxiety.

I firstly was awarded zero points on all descriptors

I then did a mandatory reconsideration, and they awarded me the standard daily living rate, I went from 0 to 11 points, just one point short of enhanced, which is what I believe I am entitled to.

With regards to evidence, does anybody know if we are to send in all the evidence we've already supplied, plus any new evidence? Or do we just send it new evidence.

Thanks very much.

Oh, I also wanted to add, my MR letter was really long, and i dissected everything in the report and pointed out everything that I disagreed with and I feel like the appeal letter is pretty much the same thing, so can I use the MR letter but just change the heading from MR to Grounds for appeal?

    Hi,
There's no need to send the evidence you've already sent. DWP will send everything you sent to HMCTS and then eventually you'll receive the bundle which will contain everything. Good luck.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
