Hi everyone, does anyone know if where I could buy bed rails from? I suffer from a rare bowel disease, fibromyalgia and sleep apnea so I am classed as disabled. I have been sleepwalking quite bed for the past year and half but now I’m hurting myself quite bad with falls. I was hoping maybe bed rails could help?? But I don’t have a fortune to spend without any guarantee it can help?
Thank you xxx

if you get in touch with your doctor they can do a referral to occupational health, They will come out and asses the house for you and put in place what you need, and its free

Hi,You don't need to visit your GP for a referral for this. It's much quicker and easier to refer yourself. All you need to do is contact you local councils social services department as ask for a needs assessment. Waiting times for these assessments vary, depending on backlog in your area.See link for further information and how to self refer.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Thank you everyone, someone is coming out to see me in a fortnight x
