Husband needs home visit for pip as he frequently has days in bed because of his health problems, refused as not house bound and can attend doctors appointments. Although we frequently have to reschedule hospital appointment. Help

    They work on the basis that if he can attend hospital appointments or go to see his GP then there is no excuse about going to an assessment centre.

    If there is a medical or mental health reason why he still cannot attend, then his GP should report this and the reason in a letter for him to send to the assessing company.
