How long does a judge have to write a statement of reason
the dwp  have requested it after we won our tribunal

    There's no time scales for the length of time it takes HMCTS to send the statement of reasons. DWP asking for SOR doesn't mean they're going to appeal the decision. They can't appeal unless the error in law is found.

    It can take 8 weeks, sometimes longer to receive backdated money. There's really nothing more you can but wait.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.

    rang courts today as dwp req sor..courts say its with judge now
    anybody no how long wil be now b4 sor gets sent out
