Hi @OscarLola, and a warm welcome to the community!
I'm so sorry to hear about your benefits situation. You've had some good advice from @thespiceman, and perhaps our other members will be able to share their thoughts here too. -
Thankyou

Hi,Contributions based ESA is only paid for 365 days unless you're placed into the Support Group and then it's paid for as long as you remain in the group.Claiming Income related ESA or UC will depend on your circumstances. Husband working, savings/capital and other household income are counted when claiming any means tested benefits. With very limited information it's impossible to advise further. I'd also recommend a visit to your local CAB or other advice agency for a full benefits check.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
