Tribunal success!

I just wanted to share my happy news with everyone. My daughter won her appeal yesterday, even though I thought I had done a rubbish job representing her. My advice is to take your fight to the Tribunal because they are much more understanding and much more thorough. It's a horrible system, but you have to fight for what you need.

Congratulations, I’m just putting together my tribunal paperwork. I feel uplifted that they will listen, when DWP won’t!. Thank you for sharing your success! X

Good luck! My daughter had lots of evidence from professionals but the DWP over-ruled them. I was so angry about that. But the Tribunal took the professional reports into consideration. I hope you have success too.
