It was Time To Talk Day earlier this week, and Ellen Scott wrote about checking in with friends and loved ones:
What stops you from getting in touch with someone you care about? If you’re anything like me, it’s the fear of being weird or annoying. You haven’t been in touch in a while, and feel like too much time has passed to send a text. You’re not sure if they want to hear from you, and don’t want to take up their time.
You assume they’re busy, or they haven’t been in touch because you’ve **** them off, or worry that you don’t know them well enough to send a message. This Time to Talk Day, it’s time to squash down all those worries and just check in with people you care about.

Hello everyone, when was the last time you made the phone call to a family members or sent emails ?? Or received a call or email from the same. Maybe we are to busy, tied up in our own world or friends don’t need their attention we have had a fall out over some little thing and now time has past neither sides will budge to make contact we have to built bridges and not walls, finding common ground healing forgiveness and reconciliation. You don’t want to go around with a bowed head feeling sorry, hold your head up high your better than them, you’ve made the effort they refused never replied or a thank you. It’s their loss not yours don’t let it wear you down or beat yourself up over it, let it go like water flowing under the bridge
