Can anyone help me I have to fill out a mandatory reconsideration form and cannot remember if I have to explain why I disagree with the assessors findings, all which are not true.
Thank you

    Hi,

I'm assuming because you posted in the ESA section of the forum that it's ESA you're asking about?

If so then you need to look at the descriptors for both groups and see which group you think you should be in. Then you need to base the MR letter on the reasons why you think you should be in that group and why. Explaining how your conditions affect you against the descriptors. There's also reg 29/35 that may apply but this will depend on how your conditions affect you.

You have 1 month from the date of the decision to request the MR. Good luck.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
