So today I found out my local chain of Mencap I have been going to for 3/4 years now is shutting due to funding being pulled. I feel absolutely distraught as it was a place I felt equal with my CP (Cerebral Palsy) and I met some great people and the staff are great there. I’m so fed up of government cuts left, right, front and centre in this country to valuable services like Mencap in my city I’ve been so upset about this. Can anyone relate?
