its the same old as a lot of people on here in scope, im riddled with ostio arthritic joints knees, wrist and thumbs , shoulders and neck back, mental heath condition's and more so now, all confirmed with hospitals 3 in total.
nil points on assessment and was told i can get a wheelchair and i will be able to store it in the work space as i could do the 200 mt sprint !!!!!! as all on here a total number of lies from the HCP .
the mandatory recon said in short our HCP is a professional and would not lie, i sent all photos of my injureys and arthritic joints which clearly show the damage and more so my wrists which would not do the wheelchair challenge !!!!
so im just about to do the court tribunal but i would like help on doing this as i want it correct when i got my DLA some 9 years ago i got DIAL in Portsmouth to help me, as im in Swindon now i cant seem to find them here, is there anyone the same as who could help me??? i do need to sort this form out more sooner than later as i believe the DWP will have to resume my benefit at the standard rate.
so if any one knows of DIAL in Swindon area or similar please help. thanks fred

Hi,I'm afraid no one on an internet forum can help you fill out the form. Have you had a look online to see what other advice agencies are in your area? Welfare rights, a law centre or CAB? This link will help you find what's close to you, just pop your postcode in and choose a topic. https://advicelocal.uk/Failing that, this link will help you to know what you have to do. Scroll down to "how to appeal" https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/benefits-introduction/problems-with-benefits-and-tax-credits/challenging-a-benefit-decision/challenging-a-dwp-benefit-decision-on-or-after-28-october-2013/appealing-against-a-benefit-decision/appealing-against-a-dwp-benefit-decision/Once the Tribunal accept your appeal you'll be able to go back onto assessment rate of ESA but you'll need sick/fit notes from your GP backdated to the date you were found fit for work. Good luck.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
than you poppy i will do that today
