Was diagnosed with chronic dsh a month or 2 ago. Didn't even know it was a name for it.
anybody else been diagnosed?
Anybody know why we do it. I seriously have no idea why I do it. I do it on my worst days of depression and also when I'm feeling upbeat.
Been doing it since 16 and now 30.

One bit of advice I can help with is to try think about getting the support you need. This can beneficial to your wellbeing and can also help, guide to cope with your issues.
I used in the past Mental Health charities because they could identify my problems and issues. Advised me on lots of coping methods and strategies.
Hope that helps you. To make a decision to enquire.
