    Hi @Neil99

I am very sorry to hear of your loss. How are you feeling today?

It is my understanding that your PIP won't be affected by your inheritance. Citizens Advice has informationon

Changes that affect your PIP. I hope this helps you.

    Take care

    Hi,

Sorry for your loss. Adam is correct, your PIP won't be affected.

However, if you're claiming Income related ESA, housing benefit or council tax reduction then these will be affected. As you have more than £16,000 then if you are claiming any of these benefits then your money will stop and you need to report those changes to ESA and your local council.
