I have had a letter from dwp asking me in for interview 20th March. I am on pills which make me sick and need the loo (You know!!!). I have also just been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Do you think they would make a home visit rather than me travel 45mins to them.  It is very scary and my blood pressure just shot right up. I have nothing to hide but I should not have googled it.....horror stories galore xx

    Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that! I would advise you to ring the number on the letter first thing Monday morning. Sometimes it's possible to do these interviews through a phone call.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Laine I had a compliance interview in January. The man was very nice and just wanted more information about something I had claimed for.
I would call the number and ask for a home visit.

    good luck
