Have received letter from DWP PIP saying we now have enough information to make decision ? I have already had decision regarding PIP review and have put in for Mandatory Reconsideration as did not agree with this, could this be PIP MR decision as now been waiting approx. 13 weeks.

Hi @braca
Welcome to the community ?
Sorry to hear your still waiting for an update that seems like a long time to wait.
Have you thought about ringing the the PIP helpline on 0800 121 4433
(Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm) they will able to give you more information about this.
hope this helps -
Is it only DWP PIP case manager who looks at MR and gives decision ?.
-
Yes but a different case manager than the one that made the previous decision. Only 18% of MR decisions change.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
