I am appealing a esa decision. Is it better to go to the hearing .worried if I don't go they will go on what they've been told after the assessor lied

    Hi,

    Yes it's much better to appear in person and the Tribunal will always prefer this more than anything else.

    Only 8% of paper based hearings have a decision in their favour, against 71% for those that appear in person.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
