    Hi,

Unfortunately you'll need to try ringing again tomorrow. There's very often long waiting times for them to answer the phone but try ringing as close to 8am as possible tomorrow morning and hopefully you won't be waiting as long.

Number to ring is here. Telephone: 0800 169 0310

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

They do answer but I find it usually takes them up to an hour.

It's impossible to even guess what they want. I'm not even sure why they told you to ring back Tuesday :o
