Sorry, I'm aware this has probably been discussed at length but I am new to the idea so want all the advice I can.
I am at the moment taking gabapetin but have had it highlighted for my by a drug counselor and nurse (family members at a funeral the other day) that it's not a good drug to take, I have syringomyelia, arthritis, Crohn's, endometriosis, they're speculating pathological neuropathy too so I'm looking for a good drug to kind of mix well with others or at least cover all bases (wishful thinking)
After doing my research I don't want to take gabapetin anymore but I need something to help with all my different pains. And they suggested I look into CBD oil so after reading all the text I can find all day so I'm now looking for real person advice.
So has anyone taken it?

Before altering or changing any prescribed medication please talk to your GP. We cannot give medical advice. We do have some members that have/ are using CBD oil with varying degrees of success, It seem to be one of those things that affects people differently. There are a number of options as to how to use CBD ie. drops in food or directly under your tongue. It can be vaped or you can make an infusion ( like tea ) there are also capsule in varying strengths or it can be rubbed on your skin.It usually needs a few days to begin to work and you should not start at a high dose. Be ware of your source, quality varies greatly as does price.Your GP may or may not know about CBD as it is not necessarily a prescribed drug but please do talk with your GP or other specialist before you decide to try itBe all you can be, make every day count.
