My husband has received an ESA3 ( IBR ) form regarding previous ESA payments that might have been underpaid Can someone tell me why they they need so much info about me eg pensions wages etc as this info was not requested when he originally put his claim in As the time frame is six years it is hard to remember the amounts and provide copies of documents

Because it is for an income related paymentall household income has to be taken into account.
Were you working during that period ?
Did you jointly have savings in excess of £16000 ?

If you don't meet the criteria then you don't have to complete the form
Be all you can be, make  every day count. Namaste
