My friend has just finished getting cbesa wrag and has been as to do wca esa50 etc. She is worried about what money she can now get while waiting for wca result now that cbesa has ended can she apply for iresa? Thank you

    Hi @Silver925 Your friend should have been sent a form called an ESA3 to assess for their eligibility for income related ESA.  This should be a fairly quick process.  Having the ESA50 is a coincidence and is not sent because their 365 days has run out I wouldn't think.  They should contact DWP and ask for the ESA3 to be sent as a matter or urgency.  I hope this all gets sorted quickly.  With best wishes, Sarah

    She was just worried that they might not let her claim iresa until she had her wca and would not be entitled to any more money as she got wca form just as cbesa ran out
